Many business owners do not know
the real value of their business. Business
owners need a value that they can rely upon that
will hold up to the scrutiny of buyers, lenders,
IRS and the Court System. Our founder,
Lou Sauer (SBA), is certified
by the Society of Business Analyst to perform
Certified Business Valuations. Membership
into the Society of Business Analysts can only
be achieved by invitation. Those professionals
eligible for consideration as a member must be
of good character and must have achieved a
senior designation and/or college degree in
his/her prospective field or successfully
completed the educational courses that the
Society provides. SBA members are committed to
