Marketing of Your Business
At ProBiz, we identify qualified and motivated
buyers from many sources. Our sources include
in-house databases, direct sourcing strategic &
financial buyers and finally discrete
advertising mediums including all of the popular
Internet posting sites. From that point, all
potential buyers and representatives must sign
our thorough Confidentiality Agreement and
Pre-Qualification documents. ProBiz will arrange
all buyer conferences and site visits at your
convenience.
Offer
Selection & Getting the Deal Closed
Once an offer is received, the fun begins!
ProBiz will work with you through the letter of
intent/offer stage, through the due diligence
process and assist with the final purchase
agreement negotiations. Our role is to keep the
process moving and create momentum in order to
get the deal closed.
